Most gummy supplements are not what the label says.
We get why you're taking gummies. We help make sure you're selecting the best ones.

Screen the claim
We look beyond ratings to verification records and published certificates.
Check the formula
The ingredient form and dose must make sense in a gummy.
Read real use
Buyer reviews tell us what lab reports cannot: taste, texture, and livability.
What we are here to do
A review desk for a category nobody is checking.
Gummies are the fastest growing format on the shelf and the least reliable. No one has to prove a gummy holds what the label claims before it goes on sale, and a star rating cannot tell you either, because taste is all a buyer can judge.
- Reviews tell us what they are good at: taste, texture, whether the bottle arrives as one fused block.
- Certificates, USP and NSF records and lab findings tell us what is actually inside.
- Research tells us whether the dose is big enough to do anything.
- A product that cannot prove what is inside never wins, however many people liked chewing it.
- No brand can pay for a ranking or see one early. We earn a commission on some links.
When the honest answer is that a gummy is the wrong format, we say so instead of picking a winner.
The problem with star ratings
46%
of creatine gummies missed their own label claim in NOW Foods' lab testing. Several had already broken down inside the bottle.
4 of 6
best-selling creatine gummies on Amazon held essentially no creatine, an independent lab found. All were rated 4.4 stars or higher.
80%
of gummy multivitamins failed to deliver their labeled amounts in a widely cited ConsumerLab analysis. Gummies fail testing more than any other format.
A star average tells you whether people liked chewing it. It does not tell you whether there was anything inside. We score both, and we weight verification heavily enough that a well-liked empty gummy cannot win.

How we rank
The Supergummies Score, out of 100
Every gummy we review earns a score from 0 to 100. The score is built from five parts, and each part is worth a fixed number of points. The numbers below are those weights: how many of the 100 points each part can contribute.
